Quedan excluidos de esta garant\u00eda, todos los productos reparados o modificados por el cliente o por cualquier otra empresa diferente a los proveedores seleccionados por el VENDEDOR.<\/p>\n
Conserve el justificante de compra, su presentaci\u00f3n es necesaria para cualquier comprobaci\u00f3n, cambio o devoluci\u00f3n. El Real Decreto Legislativo 1\/2007 de 16 de noviembre otorga a los bienes de naturaleza duradera una garant\u00eda legal de 2 a\u00f1os a partir de la fecha de entrega. El consumidor y usuario deber\u00e1 informar al vendedor de la falta de conformidad en el plazo de dos meses desde que tuvo conocimiento de ella.<\/p>\n
No se incluyen deficiencias ocasionadas por negligencias, golpes, uso o manipulaciones indebidas ni materiales sometidos a desgaste por su uso normal.<\/p>\n
En aquellas incidencias que justifiquen el uso de la garant\u00eda, se optar\u00e1 por la reparaci\u00f3n, sustituci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo, rebaja o devoluci\u00f3n, en los t\u00e9rminos legalmente establecidos.<\/p>\n
Plazo de retractaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n El plazo de retractaci\u00f3n que la Ley le otorga al Cliente en el caso de compra de bienes es de catorce (14) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles a partir de la fecha de recepci\u00f3n de su pedido. Durante este plazo, el Cliente puede devolver, por cuenta, con unos gastos de cancelaci\u00f3n de un 10% del importe total de la compra incluyendo los gastos de env\u00edo si los hubiera, los productos que no desee.<\/p>\n En este caso, el Cliente puede elegir entre el reembolso de la cantidad pagada, a cambio de la devoluci\u00f3n del o de los Productos, y el intercambio del o de los Productos pedidos.
